SLOPPY GRILLED CHEESE SANDWICHES

INGREDIENTS
  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • ¼ cup chopped onion
  • 1-2 Tbsp. prepared mustard (depending on your tastebuds)
  • ½ cup ketchup
  • ¼ cup brown sugar
  • ½ Tbsp. worcestershire sauce
  • 10-12 slices Texas toast bread
  • 6 tbsp. butter softened
  • 3 – 4 cups shredded cheese (or more if you need it)
INSTRUCTIONS
  1. Brown ground beef with onion in skillet until fully cooked. Drain off any grease.
  2. Add mustard, ketchup and brown sugar and Worcestershire . Simmer for 5 minutes.
  3. Spread butter on one side of each slice of bread.
  4. To assemble sandwiches, place one slice of bread, butter side down onto griddle or skillet. Sprinkle with cheddar cheese, a scoop of the beef mixture, and top with some more shredded cheese. Place a piece of bread on top, butter side up. Cook over medium heat until browned, carefully flip over and cook other side until browned.
  5. Enjoy!

Parmesan Ramono Tomato Bites

Ingredients

2 Tomatoes, sliced
1 1/2 oz Parmesan and Romano Cheese
1 dash of Italian Herb Blend for each tomato slice
1 dash Salt
1 dash Black Pepper
1 tablespoon Olive Oil

Directions

Preheat the oven to 450 F.
Cut the tomatoes lengthwise into approximately 1/3-inch slices. Place them on a baking sheet. Top with shredded Parmesan Romano, Italian Herb Blend, salt and fresh ground pepper (season according to your taste).
Drizzle with some olive oil and bake until tomatoes are tender and the cheese is melted, for about 10-15 minutes.

Smoked Bologna Grilled Onion Burger

1 round loaf of Bologna scored and smoked

Dizzy Dust by Dizzy Pig spice

1 whole onion sliced and grilled

Score the Bologna and rub down generously with Dizzy Dust. Smoke for at least a couple of hours. Slice an onion and grill to get char marks but not completely done. Build your sandwich and pair with Bugles for an awesome burger!

Chunky Green Chilies Tomato Bisque

1 15 oz can of diced tomatoes with green chilies

1 15 ox can of tomato soup

1 cup heavy whipping cream or milk

1/4 cup finally chopped red onions

1/4 cup chopped green onions

Salt and  pepper to taste

Mix all ingredients and  cook on low for about 15 minutes. Garnish with fresh cut Chives and Texas Toast  on the side! Serve hot!

Chunky Tomato Bisque with Gourmet Grill Cheese

Ingredients for soup:
1 12 oz can of Italian Stewed Tomatoes
2 tablespoons of tomato paste
1 teaspoon crushed garlic
1 cup heavy whipping cream
Salt and pepper to taste
Mix all ingredients and cook on low heat for about 15 to 20 minutes. Serve with grilled cheese!

Ingredients for sandwiches:
4 slices of bread toasted
1 slice each of Provolone, Mozzarella and Muenster
Butter bread on all four sides. Toast in oven on each side until golden brown. Place cheese on two slices, cap and place back in the oven until cheese starts to melt. Slice and serve!

Garnish with fresh chives!

 

 

Blackforest Ham Cheese n Taters Sandwich

8 slices of blackforest ham

2 slices of provolone cheese

1/2 cup hashbrown potatoes (slightly brown)

8 Slices of Natures Own, split top bread

Toast bread. Fry potatoes slightly brown. Place 4 slices of ham on each sandwich, stack with cheese and then potatoes! Heat in the oven on low for a few minutes to melt the cheese!
