Tropical Spicy Hot Mango Sauce

Ingredients:
1 fresh mango chopped
1 teaspoon rice wine vinegar
1/4 cup oil oil
1 lemon, juiced
Salt and freshly ground black pepper
1 tablespoon chopped fresh chives
1 clove garlic, quartered
1 teaspoon chopped fresh ginger
2 small red and green Jalapeno split, remove seed and stem

1 teaspoon mayo (optional)

Run through food processor until smooth. Refrigerate before using.

Serve on top pork, chicken, fish, and as a dip, etc.
