Chunky Tomato Bisque with Gourmet Grill Cheese

Ingredients for soup:
1 12 oz can of Italian Stewed Tomatoes
2 tablespoons of tomato paste
1 teaspoon crushed garlic
1 cup heavy whipping cream
Salt and pepper to taste
Mix all ingredients and cook on low heat for about 15 to 20 minutes. Serve with grilled cheese!

Ingredients for sandwiches:
4 slices of bread toasted
1 slice each of Provolone, Mozzarella and Muenster
Butter bread on all four sides. Toast in oven on each side until golden brown. Place cheese on two slices, cap and place back in the oven until cheese starts to melt. Slice and serve!

Garnish with fresh chives!
