Chunky Green Chilies Tomato Bisque

1 15 oz can of diced tomatoes with green chilies

1 15 ox can of tomato soup

1 cup heavy whipping cream or milk

1/4 cup finally chopped red onions

1/4 cup chopped green onions

Salt and  pepper to taste

Mix all ingredients and  cook on low for about 15 minutes. Garnish with fresh cut Chives and Texas Toast  on the side! Serve hot!
