We live and travel full time in a 1993 Holiday Rambler Imperial, diesel engine, 36 feet, no slides. Class A.  Has automatic jacks and levelers.  It has an exhaust brake. The kitchen consists of a convection oven, stovetop, single sink, and small bar sink, automatic icemaker, refrigerator and freezer.

My husband John and I (Carolyn)  live and travel full time so, our kitchen is small and we are limited to what we can cook. Prepping food can be hilarious in a camper and messy too!

Our Small Camper Kitchen in our Class A Coach!
Our Small Camper Kitchen in our Class A Coach! The kitchen is one of the most important areas of our coach!  All of our recipes are tested right here in this small kitchen! If you organize well enough, space should never be an issue.

We love to grill out with our Weber Bullet Smoker and Weber Spirit Grill! I love to be in the kitchen preparing the sides for yet another fantastic meal. Here we will post some of our best and worst days in my camper kitchen!

We are in no way professionals! We simply enjoy cooking and that is what this blog is all about!

Living in a coach, you learn to cook outside as much as you can. Indoors is mostly for breakfast and lunch, plus sides for dinner!

We will tell you how we organize the kitchen, how we plan our meals with limited space. How we store food, prep it, cook it, and more! Our daily challenge is to cook a wonderful meal in the smallest space possible!

We hope you enjoy visiting our blog and know that if you live and travel in a motor home, all hope is not lost, you can still cook a great meal in a small kitchen!

We often wonder if anyone sees our recipes or are even interested. I always just say, let’s just keep writing recipes, testing them, photographing them, and see what happens!

We first started out, the photos were horrible! You will see some of them here on this site. We continue to strive to improve the photos.

As time went on, the photos improved! So did our recipes and cooking! We do hope you enjoy this website and that you keep coming back as often as you want!  We try to write recipes that are simple, as you can tell in the photo above, our kitchen is very small in our motor home. So, space, prep, and everything else is very important to us! We sure hope you enjoy our site and write to us with any questions at Contact Us!
