Party Fruit Salad Plate

Ingredients:
16 oz sour cream, lite or regular
16 oz cream cheese, lite or regular
1 cup sugar or equal
Couple squirts of pure vanilla
Approx. 4 lbs green seedless grapes
Approx. 4 lbs red seedless grapes
About 4 cups pecans or walnuts
1 small bag of mini Marshmallos
1 quart strawberries
1 red or green apple cubed

Blend cream cheese and sugar together, then, add sour cream and vanilla. Fold in all other ingredients making sure to coat evenly. Save a little fruit and nuts for garnishing.

Blackberry Dumplins with Graham Cracker Crumbs

Please note: You can substitute the blackberry’s with Strawberry’s or Blueberry’s!

Ingredients

1 package (14 ounces) frozen blackberries (3 cups), thawed and drained
1/3 cup sugar
1/3 cup water
1 teaspoon lemon juice

Dumplings:
1 cup Bisquick® Original baking mix
2 tablespoons sugar
1/3 cup milk
1 tablespoon of Ground cinnamon
½ cup of Whipping (heavy) cream
2 teaspoon of Vanilla Extract

Directions:
Bring blackberry mixture to a boil, then set to low heat to allow to thicken.
Prepare dumpling mix. Should be a thick like biscuit dough.
Spoon out small round dumplings and drop in to thick hot blackberry mixture until you have the desired even blend of mixture to dumpling ration. This needs to balance!
Bake in a preheated oven for about 15 or 20 minutes. You can test the dumplings to see if they are done by taking just one and breaking it apart with two forks. It should be dry in the middle and soaked in the juices around the edges.
Remove from oven and allow to cool down. Place in individual Ramekins for best presentation!
Just before serving, top with Graham Cracker crumbs and a scoop of Vanilla Ice cream!
